Please ensure that all payments:

1. Have as their reference the name of the Payer so that this shows on the bank statements – otherwise it will make tracing who paid what a problem
2. Are accompanied by an email to the Treasurer on accounts@kenyaflyfishersclub.com attaching some sort of bank confirmation – again for future reference
